Do you ever notice how, when you’re scrolling down your Facebook or Google+ streams, taking in all the awesome posts from your friends, family and other connections, if a post has a graphic it has a better chance of getting your attention?
That’s the way it is for most people. It’s easy to pass right by a couple lines of text. Maybe it’s even an awesome piece of information but it can’t compete with the post above or below that has a great photo attached.
Does this means you have to stress out about finding an appropriate photo for every bit of communication you put out there? No. But I do suggest that if the post is something that you want people to see. Add a photo or graphic.
Add photos to important messages you post on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc…
And of course add photos to every blog post you create.
Add Photos = Get Noticed 🙂
